In any case, where you experience a loss, the most
we (Meteor Profit App™ and all our providers under any clause of this Terms) can be held liable for under
these terms is the amount you actually paid for the service. If you haven't paid anything, the maximum

providers make any express or implied warranties or representations regarding (i) the functionality or
accessibility of the Platform, or the information, content, goods, or services offered thereon. (ii)
Additionally, neither Meteor Profit App™ nor any service providers make any express or implied warranties
or representations regarding (i) the operation or availability of the Platform, or the information,
content, and materials included; (ii) that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) the
accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided; or (iv) that the Platform, its
servers, content, or emails sent from Meteor Profit App™ are free from viruses, scripts, trojan horses,
worms, malware, timebombs, or other harmful components.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on
statutory rights. Therefore, some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In
such cases, the exclusions and limitations will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law.
